Current Litters
We currently have many litters on the go or expecting. It would be near impossible to keep this website updated with everything going on in the nursery. Please contact us for an up to date list. Or let us know what you are looking for.
Californian
We have been raising Californians since 2009. Learning about the breed and developing our breeding stock for meat and show. Whether we are filling the freezer or collecting ribbons we love our Californians. We regularly have young stock (8-12 weeks old) for sale. We sometimes have breeding aged bucks or does too. It would be difficult to regularly update a list all the time so please contact us directly for info if you are interested in buying Californians.
About - The Californian is well-known for its meat producing qualities. With an average size of about 9 pounds and a maximum size of 10 and 1/2 pounds, these rabbits are fast growing and not too big. Californians are also world-reknowned for their good mothering instincts. Indeed, we have been able to foster babies to our Californians that none of our other does would foster. Their litter sizes vary between 6-10 kits. The Californian rabbit is also a very friendly breed, and there is rarely one that we do not like their personality. Californians only come in one color which is white with black ears, noses, feet, and tail. The pure, clean white is strikingly beautiful when paired with this breeds jet black extremities. Because they are so striking the Californian would also make quite the exhibition rabbit. Whether you are looking for an oversized pet rabbit, rabbits for personal or commercial meat consumption, or an exhibition rabbit the Californian is for you!

Mini Rex
We are new to Mini Rex rabbits and learning quickly as we start to attend shows around the province. Smaller and more colourful than the utility breeds was our main reason for expanding into this breed in 2013. And the fur...love that velvet carpet. We have purchased some excellent breeding stock and will be showing and producing some great bunnies. Some of these young ones will be used in our 4-H Rabbit program. Young stock now regularly available for sale.
About - Mini Rex is a rabbit breed derived from France in the late 19th century. The Rex mutation is recessive and causes the hair to protrude outwards from the body, instead of lying flat, and the guard hairs to be shortened to the length of the undercoat. The small size, plush coat and friendly personalities of mini rex rabbits make them one of the most popular rabbit breeds in the United States. They were first recognized by the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA) in 1988, and have been very popular with exhibitors ever since. They weigh from 3.5 to 4.5 pounds when fully grown. They are short and rather close coupled. The ideal length of fur is 5/8 inch, and the fur is to have a lustrous appearance, good body, and a plush-like effect which offers a distinct springy resistance to the touch.
